얼마전 불성실한자세로 수업에 임하여 문제를 일으켰던 "Joie"강사는 해고조치되었음을 알려드립니다

*아래는 "Joie"강사로부터의 사과문입니다

To the Cherry English Management:

Please accept this letter as my formal apology for complains and refunds of the students that I handled especially the bad comments that they had this previous week.

It was not my intention to cause any damage or inconvenience.

In retrospect, I believe the situation resulted from giving the company a bad reputation from some enrollees.

While this is by no means an excuse for my behavior, knowing the cause will help me guard against future mistakes.

While I have caused this unpleasant experience,

I am able to see where I went wrong.

I believe acquiring this insight will allow me to learn and grow and prevent similar issues in the future.

Again, I am sorry for what happened.

지난주에, 제가 담당했던 학생들중 저에 대한 불만이나 환불을 요구한,

특히 저에게 좋지 않은 의견을 가졌던 학생분들은 이 편지를 저의 공식적인 사과문으로 받아주시기 바랍니다.

어떠한 불편함이나 데미지를 주려고 의도한 것은 아니었습니다.

돌이켜 생각해보면, 그 상황은 몇몇의 등록자들로부터 체리영어에게 나쁜 평판을 주는 결과를 야기했습니다.

이것은 결코 내 행동에 대한 변명은 아니지만, 원인을 아는 것은 훗날 내가 다시 실수하지 않도록 도움이 될것입니다.

저는 이런 불친절한 경험을 야기한 반면에, 제가 어디가 잘못되었는지 알수 있었습니다.

이러한 통찰력을 얻는 것은 내가 배우고 성장하게 할것이며, 미래에 이런 비슷한 일을 일어나지 않도록 예방하는데 도움을 줄 것입니다.

다시한번, 일어났던 지난 사건에 대해 사과드립니다.
